About the role

As part of the central analytics organization, you will have the opportunity to help support the Analytics group at GDM.

You will be part of the team in charge of the creation and maintenance of dashboards, which are serving both business stakeholders and analysts colleagues.

The team is leading dashboards for many areas of the business: lifecycle, organic search, paid search, reviews, vendors, performance etc. So, you will be in a great position to develop a holistic understanding of the business as a whole.

You will collaborate cross‑functionally with business stakeholders in all these areas to help drive those groups towards accomplishing their business goals.

What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders to convert business needs into clear dashboard and reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain backend data infrastructure to support analytics and reporting.
• Create and manage recurring reports and dashboards for analysts and marketing teams.
• Implement controls to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of data across all reports.
• Collaborate with technology and analytics teams to automate data operations and streamline processes.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support business initiatives and strategic decision‑making.
• Measure the impact of major business initiatives and present insights to key stakeholders.

What you’ll bring to the team

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar role; prior ownership of reporting or dashboarding is a strong plus. Experience working in marketing analytics or performance analytics preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL is required.
• Hands‑on experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is highly desirable.
• Experience with cloud‑based or traditional relational database management systems is an advantage.
• Proficiency with Google or Microsoft business applications (Excel, Word, etc.) is required.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools; Google Analytics preferred, Omniture is a plus.
• Exposure to Python or other scripting languages is an added advantage.
