Job summary

Quantbot is seeking an experienced Data Platform/Engineering professional to drive scalable analytics infrastructure in Gurugram. You will design and scale data platforms powering real-time decision making and ML workflows, with a focus on batch and streaming pipelines and data warehouses.

The role requires 3–6 years of relevant experience, strong programming in Python/Java/Scala, and hands-on with Spark, Kafka, Airflow, and cloud-native data tools.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Data Platform, Data Engineering, or AI Infrastructure.
• Proficient in Python, Java or Scala.
• Hands-on with Spark, Kafka, Airflow, Flink, ClickHouse, Snowflake, BigQuery, Delta Lake/Iceberg.
• Familiarity with AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, and LLM infrastructure.
