Job summary

Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited in Bengaluru seeks a senior engineering delivery leader to guide data engineering and AI/GenAI delivery across client engagements. You will manage planning, execution, deployment, and transitions to Managed Ops, while ensuring governance, cost control, and high-quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 12–18 years in software/data engineering with leadership experience, strong data/AI delivery expertise, and proven ability to grow engineering

Roles & Responsibilities :

This role leads the engineering teams that build and deliver the Service Line's client engagements across data foundations and AI/GenAI solutions. A hands-on delivery leader accountable for people, commercials, client engagements, quality, cost, and delivery metrics.

Key responsibilities

Engineering delivery leadership

• Lead the engineering teams — data engineering and AI/GenAI solution development.

• Own end-to-end delivery across the engagement lifecycle: Planning, execution, deployment, and transition to Managed Ops.

• Direct delivery through project managers and technical leads; set delivery methods, cadences, and governance.

• Ensure architectural and engineering decisions align with CoE standards and reference architectures

Business & commercials

• Track and own revenue realization, EBIT, and deployment efficiency

• Manage profitable delivery: Resource pyramid and productivity measures

• Support pursuits with delivery estimates, staffing plans, and solution feasibility

• Support account mining through delivery excellence and identification of follow‑on work.

Client engagement management

• Own the delivery relationship with clients — governance, status, expectation management, and escalation resolution.

• Manage customer satisfaction – Feedback, Timely communication, Excellence

• Identify and track delivery risks, mitigation

Quality, cost & delivery metrics

• Own engineering and delivery quality and adherence to delivery quality standards.

• Define, track, and report delivery metrics — Quality, Cost and Schedule.

• Ensure delivery adheres to AI governance, security, and Responsible AI standards. Drive continuous improvement in delivery efficiency

People & capability

• Lead, develop, and retain engineering talent; own hiring, performance, and career development in partnership with the Talent Family.

• Build technical bench strength across data and AI/GenAI engineering skills. Foster culture of excellence.

Experience

• 12–18 years in software/data engineering delivery, with strong delivery-management and people‑leadership experience
