Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Dark Store Manager to lead operations at our quick commerce fulfillment center. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end store management, ensure ultra-fast delivery, maintain flawless inventory accuracy, and lead teams to achieve operational excellence in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.

Key Responsibilities
I. Operations & Fulfillment
  • Oversee the complete order lifecycle picking, packing, and dispatch ensuring delivery SLA adherence.
  • Manage inventory accuracy through efficient inbound, stocking, and cycle count processes.
  • Optimize layout, processes, and SOPs to reduce Cost Per Order (CPO) and boost throughput.
II. Team & Last-Mile Management
  • Recruit, train, and manage pickers, packers, and team leaders for efficient shift operations.
  • Supervise last-mile delivery partners, optimize routing, and ensure rider safety and utilization.
  • Maintain store hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times.
III. Performance & Analysis
  • Track and drive KPIs including Fulfillment Accuracy, Delivery Time, Inventory Accuracy, and Productivity.
  • Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports and analyze data to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: 2+ years in operations, logistics, or store management (Quick Commerce, E-commerce, or Grocery Retail preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in WMS/Inventory software and MS Excel.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, leadership ability, and hands-on problem-solving.
  • Mindset: Ownership-driven, adaptable to high-pressure, time-sensitive operations.
