Job summary

EdAssist is seeking a committed Dance Teacher to complement our educators. You will prepare and implement a full teaching plan, provide knowledge and instruction to students, and help them develop their personalities and skills.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching, able to engage students, organize classes, and create a meaningful learning process using visual/audio aids. You will assess progress and collaborate with other teachers and parents.

Responsibilities

• Present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning
• Provide individualised instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning
• Create and distribute dance content (dance videos)
• Assess and record students’ progress and provide feedback
• Collaborate with other teachers, parents and stakeholders and participate in regular meetings
• Plan and execute educational in-class and outdoor activities and events
• Develop and enrich professional skills and knowledge by attending seminars, conferences etc.
