Job summary

BDO India is seeking a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Supply Chain consultant to support and enhance trade, inventory and warehouse operations for clients. You will keep supply chain processes stable, resolve issues quickly and deliver enhancements that improve efficiency across procurement, inventory and distribution.

Ideal candidates bring 3-5 years of hands-on D365 F&O/AX SCM consulting, strong understanding of procurement, inventory, costing and warehouse processes, and experience

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on D365 F&O/AX supply chain functional consulting.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory, costing and warehouse processes.
• Experience configuring trade agreements, released products, and costing setups.
• Exposure to Advanced Warehouse Management (WMS) and mobile device workflows.
• At least one full-cycle implementation plus AMS/support experience.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 functional support across D365 F&O SCM modules (Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Product Information, Sales & Marketing, Warehouse (WMS) and Transportation).
• Resolve incidents and service requests around trade agreements, pricing, item setup, on-hand inventory and costing within SLAs.
• Configure and deliver enhancements for purchase-to-pay and order-to-cash processes.
• Support inventory closing, costing methods, warehouse workflows, mobile device (WMS) flows and barcode/scanning setups.
• Coordinate with technical teams on EDI, POS and third-party logistics integrations.
• Prepare functional specifications, test cases and process documentation.
• Provide UAT support, user training and post-release hypercare.
