You will drive requirement gathering, FRD/FDD documentation, and solution delivery across domestic and international implementations.

Lead end-to-end SCM module implementations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful project delivery with high client satisfaction. Willingness to travel is expected.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end implementation of D365 F&O SCM modules for manufacturing and warehousing clients.
• Gather and translate business requirements into FRD/FDD documents.
• Collaborate with finance, production, and warehousing to design scalable SCM solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for domestic and international stakeholders.
• Configure procurement, inventory, product information, and warehouse management in SCM.
• Support during UAT, go-live, and post-go-live phases.

Roles & Responsibilities :

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant with 6–8 years of industry experience. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in requirement gathering, functional documentation, client communication, and solution delivery across domestic and international implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of D365 F&O SCM modules for clients in manufacturing and warehousing sectors.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications (FRD and FDD).
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including finance, production, and warehousing to design scalable supply chain solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, discussions, and user training sessions with domestic and international stakeholders.
• Configure SCM modules including procurement, inventory management, product information, and warehouse management.
• Ensure successful delivery of projects with high client satisfaction.
• Provide support during UAT, go-live, and post-go-live stages.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–8 years of experience in D365 F&O with a strong focus on Supply Chain Management modules.
• Hands-on experience with Indian manufacturing and warehousing clients, as well as exposure to European business processes.
• Strong documentation skills including FRD, FDD, and other project-related documents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability in client handling, stakeholder engagement, and business analysis.
• Willingness and flexibility for domestic and international travel as per project requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
