• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React/Angular/Next.js.
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions.
• Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server or NoSQL.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks and software engineering best practices.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and sprint planning.

OVERVIEW

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Develop and maintain software applications using the .NET technology stack and modern web frameworks.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 3 or more years of related software engineering experience.
• Proven experience in software engineering and full stack application development.
• Strong system‑level knowledge for building end-to-end applications using the .NET technology stack, including C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, and application programming interfaces.
• Experience with modern JavaScript‑based frameworks such as React, Angular, Next.js, or similar technologies.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining scalable applications across multiple layers of the software stack.
• Experience with DevOps practices, continuous integration and continuous delivery, and tools such as GitHub Actions.
• Experience with database technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server or NoSQL platforms.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks and a strong understanding of software engineering best practices.
• Strong understanding of agile ways of working, including task planning, sprint execution, and estimation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Enthusiasm for emerging technologies, continuous learning, and contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in computer science or a related technical discipline.
• Experience with low‑code platforms.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as Google Cloud Platform or Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with technologies such as .NET Blazor, GitHub Copilot, containers, Python, Next.js, or Tableau.
• Interest in evaluating new tools, building proofs of concept, and applying emerging technologies to business solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor less experienced team members and contribute to the overall technical growth of the team.
