Job summary

ThoughtFocus is seeking a senior cybersecurity leader in India to design and execute comprehensive security strategies protecting sensitive data and systems. The role collaborates across departments to address cloud security, GRC, and SOC risks, while guiding stakeholders on best practices.

The candidate will conduct vulnerability assessments and pen testing to continuously strengthen the security posture and drive security maturity across the organization.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of experience in IT services and consulting with a focus on cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, data security, GRC, risk governance, and SOC concepts.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with cloud computing, GRC (Governance, Risk Management, Compliance), SOC (Security Operations Center) operations.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify areas for improvement in data security posture.
• Provide expert guidance on cybersecurity best practices to stakeholders across the organization.
