Job summary

Airbus India Private Limited in Bengaluru invites students for a Cybersecurity Intern role in the Digital Security department. This six-month internship is designed to validate your degree and launch your career in a globally recognized, diverse environment.

You will assist in day‑to‑day cybersecurity operations, monitor security events, support risk identification across enterprise IT, and help implement security best practices.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related technical discipline.
• Fundamental understanding of basic cybersecurity concepts, networking fundamentals, and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
• Basic awareness of IT security principles, risk management concepts, and common security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
• Basic proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., MS Excel, Power BI) or scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for metric tracking and task automation.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport, collaborate effectively across diverse teams, and maintain open lines of communication.
• Negotiation Skills: Ability to tactfully discuss target remediation dates, manage pushback from technical teams, and achieve win‑win outcomes for operational security.
• Proactive & Autonomous: Drive to take initiative, solve problems logically, and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
• Language skills: English – Fluent.

Your mission : An internship opportunity titled : Cybersecurity Intern has just opened at Airbus India located in Bengaluru, India. You will join the "Digital Security" department. Ideally, this is a 6-month internship and it should start in January 2027 (date subject to flexibility).

Missions
