Job summary

SA Technologies Inc., located in Bengaluru, seeks experienced Cybersecurity / Product Security Engineers to help design, develop, assess and test secure web-based, embedded and connected products and systems.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on work in security risk assessments, threat modeling, security architecture, vulnerability assessment, security testing, and secure product development, with preference for experience in rail, automotive, manufacturing or critical infrastructure sectors.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in security risk assessments, threat modeling, security architecture, vulnerability assessment, security testing and secure product development.
• Experience in cybersecurity across industrial, automotive, rail, transportation, manufacturing, mining or critical infrastructure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform security risk assessments for products and connected systems.
• Conduct threat modeling, TRA, security design reviews and attack surface analysis.
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats and risks and recommend controls.
• Support vulnerability assessments and security testing.
• Ensure secure product development lifecycle and DevSecOps integration.

Role Overview

Weare looking for experienced Cybersecurity / Product Security Engineers to support the design, development, assessment, and testing of secureweb-based, embedded, and connected products/systems.

Theideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in security riskassessments, threat modeling, security architecture, vulnerability assessment,security testing, and secure product development. Experience working withindustrial, automotive, rail, transportation, manufacturing, mining, or othercritical-infrastructure environments will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform security risk assessments for products,applications, embedded systems, and connected systems.
  
• Conduct Threat Modeling, Threat & RiskAssessments (TRA), Security Design Reviews, and Attack Surface Analysis.
  
• Identify security vulnerabilities, threats, attackvectors, and associated risks.
  
• Define and recommend appropriate security controlsand mitigation strategies.
  
• Perform or support vulnerability assessments andsecurity testing.
  
• Review product and application architectures from a cybersecurityperspective.
  
• Support implementation of Secure Product Development/ Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) practices.
  
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integratesecurity requirements throughout the product development lifecycle.
  
• Support DevSecOps practices and securityintegration into development and CI/CD processes.
  
• Evaluate products against applicable cybersecuritystandards, frameworks, and regulations.
  
• Develop and maintain security requirements, riskdocumentation, threat models, and security assessment reports.
  
• Provide technical guidance to engineering and productteams on cybersecurity improvements.
  
• Work closely with Engineering, Product Management,Customers, Suppliers, and Leadership teams.
  
• Influence technical decisions and drive improvements incybersecurity maturity across global teams.
  
• Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats,vulnerabilities, technologies, and industry best practices.
