Job summary

1203 Barclays Global Serv. Cent in Pune is seeking an IAM Analyst to manage and implement identity and access management policies and standards across the bank’s systems.

You will collaborate with IT teams to understand, analyse and implement IAM solutions including authentication, authorisation, access management and single sign-on capabilities. The role also involves IAM audits, incident investigations and governance documentation development.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication both verbal and written in English.
  • Experience with Microsoft suite of products.
  • Service Now ticketing tool.
  • Operating systems - Unix, Linux, Windows servers.
  • Database Management Systems, Web Servers.
  • Understanding of Cyber-Ark, RSA SecurID Authentication, Splunk.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to implement IAM solutions including authentication, authorisation, access management and single sign-on.
  • Develop, maintain and update IAM policies, processes and standards to meet security and regulatory requirements.
  • Execute IAM audits to ensure compliance and identify security risks.
  • Conduct incident investigations to respond to IAM security events and implement corrective measures.
  • Identify emerging IAM technologies and best practices through collaboration with networks and conferences.
  • Develop IAM governance documents and reports to align across the organisation.

Job Description Purpose of the role

To manage and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies, processes, technologies and standards for all IAM functions to ensure the secure access and use of sensitive information across the organisation.

Accountabilities

Collaboration with stakeholders and IT teams to understand, analyse and implement IAM solutions into the banks process and infrastructure needs including authentication, authorisation, access management and single sign-on capabilities.

Management and development of policies, processes and standards for all essential IAM functions aligned to the banks security and regulatory requirements.

Execution of IAM audits to monitor processes and ensure that they comply with policies and regulations and identify potential security risks.

Execution of incident investigations to respond to IAM related security events, identify the root cause of the incident and implement corrective measures efficiently.

Identification of emerging IAM technologies and industry trends by collaborating with networks and conferences to gain IAM expertise and best practice.

Development of IAM governance documents and reports to align the implementation and adherence of policies across the organisation.

Act as contact point for stakeholders outside of the immediate function, while building a network of contacts outside team and external to the organisation. To be successful as a CyberArk SecDevOps - Analyst you should have experience with
Basic/ Essential Qualifications
  • Strong communication both verbal and written in English

  • Operating systems - Unix, Linux, Windows servers
  • Database Management Systems, Web Servers
  • A understanding on the following IT Security applications: Cyber-Ark RSA SecurID Authentication Splunk
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree.
Desirable skillsets/ good to have
  • Incident, Problem and Change management
  • Ensuring issues are managed within agreed SLA/SLT
  • Manage email, Hotline queries and ticketing systems
  • Support and management of system outages via the published major incident management process
  • Knowledge base maintenance
  • System stability monitoring
  • Application & server restarts
  • Analyse automation failures, identify root cause of failure and work with L3, Integration and application owners
  • Attend Major Incident Management calls related to outages and complex technical issues needing interaction with multiple teams.
  • Represent support team on such calls and articulate support team position in an effective manner.

This role is based in Pune.
