Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is hiring for a CyberArk Developer and Admin to join our security Operations team in India. The role requires strong expertise in CyberArk PAM and related modules, with hands-on implementation across Windows, Unix, databases, and network devices.

The candidate will contribute to design, integration, automation, and support, including onboarding/offboarding processes and BAU activities. Walk-in interview will cover a range of CyberArk challenges.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk 9.x modules including EPV, PVWA, CPM, PSM, AIM.
• Experience integrating CyberArk with Windows, databases, Unix and network devices on at least two projects.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex CyberArk deployments and perform onboarding/offboarding tasks.
• Documentation of detailed design and integration manuals for CyberArk implementations.
• CyberArk certification will be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement CyberArk 9.x module integrations across Windows, UNIX, databases, and network devices.
• Automate onboarding and integration tasks using scripts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex CyberArk issues and support BAU activities.
• Document detailed design, deployment, and integration guides.

• Strong understanding and Detailed Design, Implementation experience on the following CyberArk 9.x modules -
• Enterprise Password Vault (EPV)
• Password Vault Web Access (PVWA)
• Central Policy Manager (CPM)
• Privileged Session Manager (PSM)
• Application Identity Manager (AIM)
• Privileged Threat Analytics
• Strong hands on experience (min 2 projects) in integration of CyberArk 9.x with Windows, databases, Unix, and Network devices
• Experience with complex customizations (reporting, and integrations) within CyberArk 9.x
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues while implementing/integrating CyberArk
• Good understanding of end point on-boarding and off-boarding processes for different platforms such as databases, windows, unix servers.
• Must be able to automate common onboarding and integration tasks using scripts
• Good understanding of privileged accounts administration within Unix/Windows/Database/Network systems
• Good experience in documenting detailed design and integration manuals
• Must have experience in performing CyberArk brokering solution implementation based on the design
• Good understanding of BAU support processes like SLA management, incident/problem management.
• Good analytical and technical problem solving skills
• CyberArk certification will be desired
