Job summary

Infosys Limited invites an accomplished Cyber Security Industry Principal GCC to define and drive enterprise cybersecurity strategies for the organization in India. The role focuses on risk-based security programs, threat detection, incident response, and governance across business units.

You will lead skilled security teams, collaborate with risk and audit stakeholders, and promote a culture of security accountability while delivering continuous improvement in security operations.

Qualifications

• 12–20 years of cybersecurity experience in enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to lead risk-based security programs and governance.
• Strong knowledge of IDAM, cloud security controls and AWS/GCP.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives, risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
• Lead cybersecurity operations, threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management to protect organizational assets and data.
• Establish and maintain cybersecurity governance, policies, standards and control frameworks across the organization.
• Partner with business, technology, risk, compliance and audit stakeholders to strengthen security posture and manage cyber risks.
• Provide strategic guidance and regular cyber risk reporting to senior leadership and governance committees.
• Drive security awareness initiatives and foster a culture of cybersecurity accountability across the organization.
• Lead and develop high-performing cybersecurity teams while promoting continuous improvement, innovation and operational excellence.
