Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Primary operational liaison between managed SOC, cyber security partners, and internal IT teams.
• Monitor, track, and elevate security alerts and incidents to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate vulnerability scanning schedules and track remediation across all regions.
• Support the CIO in executing security projects (EDR rollout, MFA deployment, policy updates).
• Track SLA compliance of managed security service providers.
• Maintain security policies, SOPs, audit evidence, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate security awareness training and phishing simulation programmes.
• Produce weekly/monthly security operational reports and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

• Endpoint security (EDR/XDR) deployment | MFA/IAM rollout coordination penetration system
• Patch management coordination | Security awareness programme execution
• Incident response support & documentation | Compliance audit coordination
• Firewall rule reviews & change management | Security tool administration
• Experience in manufacturing/multinational environments and working with MSSPs preferred
