Qualifications

• 18+ years of progressive leadership experience in Cybersecurity services.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute growth strategy for the Cybersecurity business, owning practice growth, delivery, profitability, utilization and GTM objectives.
• Lead cybersecurity assessments, modernization roadmaps, transformation programs, and executive-level security strategy engagements for CIOs, CISOs and risk leaders.
• Build differentiated security offerings, accelerators and industry-specific solutions across Cloud Security, IAM, MDR, Zero Trust, SOC, data protection, privacy and AI security.
• Partner with sales and account teams on strategic pursuits, large transformation programs, and expansion opportunities.

We are seeking a visionary NextGen Cyber Security Business Leader to define, scale, and lead our global Cybersecurity business. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving growth across advisory, transformation, managed security, cloud security, identity services, cyber resilience, and next-generation security operations while shaping the future of Coforge's cybersecurity portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cybersecurity Strategy & Business Growth: Define and execute the growth strategy for the Cybersecurity business while owning practice growth, delivery excellence, profitability, utilization, and go-to-market objectives. Build market-leading offerings across Cloud Security, IAM, MDR, Cyber Resilience, Zero Trust, Data Security, and AI Security
• Executive Client Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, and Risk leaders. Lead cybersecurity assessments, modernization roadmaps, transformation programs, and executive-level security strategy engagements.
• Solution & Offering Leadership: Build differentiated security offerings, proprietary accelerators, and industry-specific solutions across Cloud Security, Identity & Access Management, Managed Detection & Response, Zero Trust, Security Operations, Cyber Resilience, Data Protection, Privacy, Compliance, and AI Security.
• Strategic Pursuits & Revenue Expansion: Partner closely with sales and account teams to support strategic pursuits, large transformation programs, and expansion opportunities across existing and new clients.
• Alliance & Ecosystem Development: Own executive relationships with leading cybersecurity partners including Microsoft, Palo Alto Networks, CrowdStrike, Zscaler, Okta, CyberArk, SailPoint, Fortinet, AWS, and Google Cloud. Drive joint GTM initiatives, co-investment programs, and alliance-led growth opportunities.
• Delivery & Operational Excellence: Govern delivery quality, profitability, customer outcomes, and risk management. Establish best practices across global delivery teams and ensure successful execution of large-scale cybersecurity transformation and managed services engagements.
• Talent & Capability Development: Build and mentor a high-performing cybersecurity organization. Drive capability development, certification roadmaps, leadership succession planning, and attraction of top industry talent.
• Experience: 18+ years of progressive leadership experience in Cybersecurity Services with a proven track record of building and scaling cybersecurity practices within leading IT Services, Consulting, Systems Integration, or Managed Services organizations.
• Business Leadership: Demonstrated ownership of practice growth, solution development, delivery governance, business outcomes, and large-scale enterprise cybersecurity transformation programs.
• Domain Expertise: Strong expertise across Cloud Security (Azure, AWS, GCP), Identity & Access Management, Managed Security Services, MDR/XDR, Security Operations & SOC Modernization, Zero Trust, Data Security & Privacy, Cyber Resilience, Incident Response, and AI/GenAI Security.
• Executive Presence: Strong consulting orientation with the ability to influence senior business and technology stakeholders, drive strategic conversations, and represent the organization in executive forums and industry events.
• Commercial Acumen: Proven experience supporting large deals, strategic pursuits, alliance-led growth initiatives, and business development objectives.
• Leadership: Proven ability to build, mentor, and scale high-performance global teams while fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and customer-centricity.
• Certifications: Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, CCSP, Azure Security, AWS Security, Zscaler, Okta, CyberArk, and related industry credentials.
