Qualification – Degree in Computer Science, IT Security or equivalent.
Relevant Years of Experience – 5 to 10 years
Summary

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Design and develop cyber security architectures for IT systems and applications, ensuring alignment with business and compliance requirements.
- Analyze existing IT infrastructures and applications to identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities.
- Define and implement cyber security standards, guidelines, and best practices across the organization.
- Support project teams in integrating cyber security requirements into solution designs and project plans.
- Conduct cyber security assessments, architecture reviews, and risk analyses for new and existing systems.
- Collaborate with the Cyber Defence Center / Security Operations Center (CDC/SOC) to ensure effective incident response and continuous improvement of security measures.
- Lead and participate in cyber security related projects, including cloud security, network security, and application security.
- Provide guidance and training to IT teams and business units on cyber security topics.
- Stay up to date with current cyber security trends, threats, and technologies, and proactively adapt the security architecture accordingly.
- Steer and support our partners in operating cyber security services like Proxy, CASB, Firewall, and Vulnerability Management service.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Completed degree in Computer Science, IT Security, or a comparable qualification.
- 5–10 years of professional experience in IT security architecture or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST), security technologies, and architecture methodologies.
- Experience in designing secure IT infrastructures, networks, and cloud environments.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex security topics clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in English, written and spoken.
Optional Qualifications & Skills
- Experience with Data Loss Prevention and Data Classification is an advantage.
- Fluency in German language is beneficial.
