The purpose of this role is to analyse, identify, rectify & recommend specific improvement measures that help in the security posture of the organization by protecting sensitive information.

Do

1. Ensuring customer centricity by providing apt cybersecurity
2. Monitoring and safeguarding log sources and security access
3. Planning for disaster recovery in case of security breaches
4. Monitoring for attacks, intrusions, and unusual activities
5. Performing log reviews and forensic analysis to identify unauthorized access
6. Conducting security assessments, risk analysis, and root cause analysis of incidents
7. Handling escalated incidents in 24x7 rotational shifts
8. Using analytics tools to identify threats and vulnerabilities
9. Completing tactical security operations tasks
10. Analyzing attacks and developing remedial actions
11. Creating reports and dashboards for incidents
12. Stakeholder coordination & audit assistance
13. Liaising with stakeholders on cybersecurity issues and recommendations
14. Maintaining security risk registers and supporting audits
15. Assisting in cybersecurity awareness training
16. Providing guidance on spam and malicious emails

2. Process adherence: SLA compliance (90-95%), response and resolution times
