Cyber Audit Officer
About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Audit Officer to join our global cyber audit team. In this role you will work closely with infrastructure, security, and application audit stakeholders, collaborating with a diverse global team and our cyber security organization. You will contribute to building leading practices and report directly to the Vice President of Cyber Audit. The position is based in Bangalore and requires primarily on‑site work with limited flex options.

What You Will Be Responsible For
  • Execute the risk assessments and testing phases of cyber audits and cyber‑focused validation activities.
  • Work as part of an international team, collaborating closely with global peers for infrastructure, security, application, and business audit.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of cyber risks, regulatory changes, and innovative assurance approaches.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including the bank’s cyber security organization.
  • Communicate audit progress, findings, and recommendations effectively to senior management.
  • Prepare audit work papers to ensure compliance with the division’s audit methodology.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience auditing information security or cyber risk management.
  • Audit or assurance experience in the banking or financial services industry, or other regulated industries.
  • Experience in evaluating cyber security risks and developing and executing effective audit testing strategies with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements in the banking sector.
  • Knowledge of cyber and cloud technologies and tools, identity and access management, security incident and event management (SIEM) technologies, and incident and response processes.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM are highly preferred.
