About the Role

As a Recruitment Coordinator Contract, you will drive impactful contributions and focus on outcomes. You will be a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, collaborating with recruiters, sourcing partners, and hiring managers to support recruitment operations. This role is focused on sourcing candidates and coordinating recruitment activities, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

In this Role, You Will
  • Source candidates for IT and corporate roles using job boards, social media, and internal databases.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate communication.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and track progress using recruitment tools and Excel trackers.
  • Support weekend hiring events and recruitment campaigns.
  • Ensure timely updates and follow‑ups with candidates and stakeholders.

What You Must Have to Be Considered
  1. 2.5 years of experience in recruitment coordination or sourcing.
  2. MBA/MSW (completed).

  5. Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools.
