Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with a strong focus on Service Cloud to design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions. The role is based in Kolkata within EY's Global Delivery Services network, offering exposure to diverse client projects.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on development and configuration experience, solid Salesforce administration knowledge, and experience with Public Sector Solutions. Familiarity with Omni Studio and Omni Script is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Salesforce development experience with strong Service Cloud expertise.
• Strong Salesforce configuration and administration skills.
• Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions.
• Experience with Omni Studio and Omni Script.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions with a focus on Service Cloud
• Develop and maintain Visualforce pages
• Perform Salesforce administration including org setup, user management, profiles, roles, and security
• Create custom objects, fields, picklists, page layouts, workflows, approvals, validation rules, and flows
• Configure and maintain reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
• Provide technical support during deployment and post-go-live

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and certified Salesforce Developer with a strong focus on Service Cloud to design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on development and configuration experience, along with a strong understanding of Salesforce administration and business processes. Experience in Public Sector Solutions will be a significant advantage.

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions with a focus on Service Cloud
• Develop and maintain Visualforce pages
• Perform Salesforce administration including org setup, user management, profiles, roles, and security
• Create custom objects, fields, picklists, page layouts, workflows, approvals, validation rules, and flows
• Configure and maintain reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
• Provide technical support during deployment and post-go-live
