Job summary

ShrinQ Consulting Group Inc is seeking a customer-focused Customer Support Representative to deliver exceptional service across phone, email, chat and social channels. The successful candidate will handle inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain positive relationships with customers.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, multitask efficiently, and collaborate with internal teams to continually improve the customer experience and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 0-3 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other support channels.
