Job summary

Sutherland in Kerala, India is seeking an Associate - Customer Support (Voice/Non-Voice based on communication skills) to join our customer care team. This role welcomes freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience who demonstrate excellent English communication across verbal and written formats.

Night/rotational shifts with weekly offs are part of the schedule, and a one-way cab facility with transport allowance is provided to support your commute and onboarding process.
