Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will act as the first point of contact for our customers. You will support recruiters, HR managers, and business owners in using Recooty smoothly and effectively.

This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to solve problems quickly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer queries through chat, email, and calls
  • Conduct and support product demos for new and existing customers
  • Assist users with account setup, and hiring workflows
  • Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer issues
  • Guide customers on how to best use Recooty features
  • Escalate technical or product-related issues to the relevant teams
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or client handling
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Comfortable working with chat, email, and phone support
  • Basic understanding of software or online platforms
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in SaaS, IT services, or software support
  • Experience handling international customers
