Formación

• Resolve queries over chat and voice calls in international customers.

Responsabilidades

• Handle international customer inquiries via chat and phone.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues for customers.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure timely resolution and follow-ups.
