Job summary

Dow Navi Mumbai is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to act as the interface between customers and the Dow value chain. You will manage orders, ensure timely fulfillment, and build strong customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in similar roles, fluency in English, and proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of SAP or CRM is a plus, and you should be comfortable working onsite in Navi Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Master's or bachelor's degree in a discipline showing logical thinking and computational skills (Supply Chain Management, Business).
• 2+ years of experience in similar roles and fields.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
