Role Description

This full-time, on-site Customer Onboarding Specialist / Implementation Specialist role is based in New Delhi. The specialist will guide new customers through the end-to-end onboarding process, including requirements gathering, solution configuration, data validation, and go-live support.

Daily responsibilities include coordinating implementation timelines, conducting training sessions, preparing documentation and user guides, and responding to customer inquiries. The role involves closely monitoring onboarding progress, resolving issues, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and high customer satisfaction. The specialist will also collect feedback to improve processes and support continuous enhancement of onboarding and support practices.
