Job summary

Takecare Manpower Services in Mumbai is hiring fresh BPO executives to handle customer calls from Perungudi area. Strong communication in English and regional languages is essential, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced call center environment.

Fresher candidates (2023–2025) with no backlogs are encouraged to apply. Both male and female candidates may apply; training and incentives are provided.

Qualifications

• Any degree with no backlogs for cohorts 2023, 2024 and 2025.
• Freshers with no backlogs.
• Languages required: Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi, Kannada with English.
• Preferred location: Perungudi, Mumbai area.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers over calls with strong communication.
• Handle customer queries and provide information clearly and patiently.
• Willing to work in a BPO environment and maintain professionalism under pressure.
