Job description

What we’re about

At Harrison.ai, we’re redefining what’s possible in healthcare. Through our diagnostic AI solutions, we’re building tools that support clinicians to deliver earlier, more accurate diagnoses and raise the standard of care for millions of patients worldwide.

Our mission is bold but simple: to scale global healthcare capacity and create a fairer, healthier world. By using AI as a co-pilot for clinicians, we’re tackling one of healthcare’s biggest challenges, the shortage of human expertise, and giving every patient the chance to access timely, high-quality care, no matter where they live.

Because while we’re building cutting-edge AI, what we’re really building is hope—that everyone can access the healthcare they deserve.

And we’re just getting started.

About Your Role

We are in an exciting phase of rapid growth at Harrison.ai and as we continue to grow, we have identified the need to find technically astute deployment engineers to join the Asia team to help the planned expansion of our company and our deployment strategies globally as new products are brought to market.

Customer Deployment Engineers at Harrison.ai are responsible for ensuring our customers, partners, and internal teams receive the best deployment experience for the integration, training, and use of our enterprise solutions. You will primarily perform remote installation and configuration, plus remote support troubleshooting and issue resolution during a project. You will also provide customer and partner training. This role is key to delivering great customer experiences through successful implementations and a clean handover to business-as-usual support. Our team also provides systems and demos to internal cross-functional teams.

By joining our exciting, agile, and fast-growing organisation, you will be given the autonomy and rare opportunity to truly make your mark on our services and help us establish ourselves globally with a strong client base. In doing so, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our goal of scaling medical AI globally to improve patient outcomes and make a positive impact for the world.

What You'll Do:

  • Work with our healthcare industry vendor partners to create and maintain integrations for our customer base.
  • Implement and design integrations with our partners using messaging standards like RESTful APIs and HL7.
  • Maintain and manage test environments for problem replication.
  • Provide systems and demos to internal cross-functional teams and for client demonstrations.

Project & Customer Management

  • Collaborate with customers to validate the proposed solution architecture and ensure alignment with their workflows and objectives.
  • Maintain close communication with customers regarding ongoing tasks and expectations.
  • Take ownership of and manage customer cases and customer expectations professionally.

Support & Documentation

  • Provide effective and high-quality technical support (Level 2 and 3) to our growing customer base
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose customer issues using documentation, knowledge base articles, and the wider technical team.
  • Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps for future use.
  • Correctly escalation technical issues to other internal teams, and work with our development group to resolve advanced issues.
  • Document all work in line with organisational policies and regulatory guidelines in a timely manner.
What You’ll Bring:
  • 10+ years of service experience in healthcare informatics and/or medical imaging informatics technologies.
  • Multiple years’ experience working directly with external customers
  • Experience installing and maintaining Linux operating systems.
  • Experience with configuration and scripting (Bash or Python).

Nice to have skills and characteristics:
