Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of experience in business, information management, or a related field.
  • Experience in data administration, master data management (MDM), operations, or back-office support.
  • Experience with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, CRM) or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data accuracy, integrity, and lifecycle management.
  • Exposure to data governance frameworks or controlled operational environments.
  • Ability to interpret and apply data standards, procedures, and business rules in a structured environment.
  • Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and GDPR compliance is a plus.

What You Will Do:

The Customer Data Analyst works within a multidisciplinary Customer Data team alongside analysts, specialists and manager-level professionals in quality assurance and transformation. In a structured, high-volume environment, you will analyze, validate, and maintain accurate and compliant customer data, contributing to operational excellence and 24/7 service continuity within established governance frameworks.

Responsibilities include:

Support operational goals and team objectives aligned with company strategy

Apply defined processes, controls, and standards to ensure accurate, complete, and compliant master data

Create, maintain, and update customer master data in line with governance rules and system requirements

Validate incoming data requests to ensure completeness, consistency, and compliance prior to system entry or updates

Identify and elevate issues requiring clarification or correction in accordance with defined processes

Perform data quality checks, basic audits, and reconciliations to support data consistency across systems

Actively participate in team activities, training sessions, and quality reviews to support knowledge sharing and capability development

Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring data issues and contributing to process and system enhancements

Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years experience in Business, Information Management, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in a data administration, master data management (MDM), operations, or back-office support
  • Experience with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, CRM, or similar platforms)
  • Strong understanding of data accuracy, integrity, and lifecycle management
  • Exposure to data governance frameworks or controlled operational environments
  • Ability to interpret and apply data standards, procedures, and business rules in a structured environment
  • High attention to detail and accountability for data quality
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications We Prefer:
  • Experience supporting global operations across multiple time zones
  • Exposure to quality, finance or compliance audit
  • Experience working in a 24/7 operational setting
  • Familiarity with Global Trade requirements
  • Knowledge of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) controls and compliance requirements
  • Understanding of data protection and privacy regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
  • Awareness of cybersecurity principles related to data integrity and protection
  • Exposure to PowerBI
Shifts/Work Hours:
  • Each analyst works five (5) consecutive days, followed by two (2) days off
  • Shifts rotate to ensure fair distribution of working hours
  • Our three (3) standard shifts: Morning shift (e.g., 7:00-16:00 IST) EST shift (e.g., 16:30-1:30 IST) Night shift (e.g., 22:00-7:00 IST)
  • On-call support for urgent issues (limited but possible)
