The Product organization is recruiting for an experienced individual covering areas of our core banking and payments platforms and related integration services under the Cash, Payments and Liquidity (CPL) Product Development team.
The individual will partner with the Product Development team, Global Delivery (operations) and Technology to focus on the core platforms and/or the payment initiation platform to support the ongoing modernization and internal application rationalization efforts.

The role will support the strategic payment initiation platform through design and development of application enhancements, defects, market mandates and application migrations.
This will be key to support client growth, enhance client experience and our operating model.
Selected candidate will perform as a Product Owner for an Agile team and manage the collection of input from subject matter experts, operations teams, product managers, client service teams and/or our clients for the purpose of developing complete and substantive business requirements. Role also requires the ability to document use cases and operational flows acting as gatekeeper to ensure quality documentation is generated and any shortcomings are addressed prior to releasing the material for downstream use. Development of efficient operating models that include effective business controls will be a job function of the successful candidate, as well as an integration strategy to ensure we have a standard interface catalogue based on defined data standards.
The role requires depth and expertise to effectively develop requirements/stories, develop and groom the backlog for development, drive solutions and have the SME knowledge to execute on the overall custody product development agenda. The role will support the Cash, Payments and Liquidity Product Development lead, focusing on payments banking and/or integration with surrounding technology.
