The Curriculum Developer (Pre-School) is a full-time, on-site role based in India. This role involves designing and refining age-appropriate AI literacy and foundational learning curricula for pre-school students, including lesson plans, activity guides, and story-based learning materials. The Curriculum Developer will collaborate with educators to integrate AI-related concepts into playful, developmentally appropriate experiences, and will pilot materials in classrooms to gather feedback and improve content. Daily responsibilities include conducting research on early childhood education best practices, aligning materials with learning objectives and standards, and preparing clear teacher guides and resources. The role also requires working closely with the team to ensure that all materials are creative, inclusive, and suitable for diverse learners.
Ability to design age-appropriate learning experiences, with strong skills in Curriculum Development and Instructional Design for pre-school learners.
Strong Communication and Writing skills for creating clear teacher guides, student materials, and documentation.
Solid Research skills to incorporate early childhood pedagogy, AI literacy concepts, and evidence-based practices into curriculum.
Experience or training in early childhood education, education technology, or a related field.
Understanding of AI literacy or willingness to learn and apply AI concepts in child-friendly ways.
Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural team environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Instructional Design, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
