Job summary

Wipro seeks a hands-on and visionary Agentic AI Solutions Leader to design and deliver advanced AI-driven solutions leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, and multi-agent systems. Lead solution architecture, drive autonomous enterprise workflows, and deliver measurable business outcomes across Agent Web, Agent Commerce, and workflows.

The role requires deep technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership to guide teams in safe, governed agentic systems with strong observability and reuse patterns.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in AI/ML, deep learning, and LLM-based systems.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks and multi-agent system design.
• Experience with RAG architectures and vector databases.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement agent-based AI solutions using Generative AI, LLMs/SLMs, and deep learning.
• Design and deliver multi-agent systems for Agent Web, Agent Commerce, and Autonomous workflows.
• Translate business problems into end-to-end AI solutions, ensuring usability and time-to-value.
• Design safe and governed agentic systems with human-in-the-loop controls, observability, auditability, and failure handling.
• Drive AI solution delivery aligned to measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define solution architecture, standards, and reusable patterns.
• Mentor engineering teams on agentic design patterns and performance optimisation.
• Stay at the forefront of Agentic AI and autonomous decision-making technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implementagent-based AI solutionsusing Generative AI, LLMs/SLMs, and deep learning.
• Design and delivermulti-agent systemsfor:
  • Agent Web(autonomous enterprise systems like market places for customers, partners and employees)
  • Agent Commerce(AI-driven transaction and decisioning systems)
  • Autonomous workflows( enterprise process reimagination)
• Translate business problems intoend-to-end AI solutions, ensuring usability, adoption, and time-to-value.
• Designsafe and governed agentic systems, including:

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience integrating AI intoenterprise workflows and business processes
• Experience in exponential engineering – evaluation and adoption of AI native engineering tools for shrinking lead time and cycle time.

• Strong understanding of:
  • Agent orchestration, reasoning, memory, and tool usage
  • Scalable system design and distributed computing (e.g., PySpark)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern MLOps practices
• Proven experience inleading AI solution delivery at scale with real business impact

Authority & Accountability

This role has full authority over AI solution architecture and is accountable for designing, building and deploying production-grade agentic solutions with measurable business outcomes, working in close collaboration with engineering, data, and business teams.
