Job summary

Cyberpwn in Bengaluru, India seeks a seasoned security leader to design and mature a Continuous Threat Exposure Management program aligned to business risk. You will own end-to-end vulnerability assessment and management, correlating exposures with threat intel to drive remediation.

As a technical SME for international customers, you will lead QBRs, risk reviews, and board-level reporting while defining SLAs, KPIs, and dashboards that track exposure reduction and drive automation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Continuous Threat Exposure Management programs aligned to business risk.
• End-to-end Vulnerability Assessment and Vulnerability Management lifecycle (discovery, scanning, remediation tracking, reporting).
• Ability to correlate exposures with threat intel and business context to drive remediation.

• Design, implement, and mature a CTEM program aligned to business risk.
• Own VA/VM lifecycle end-to-end: discovery, scanning, prioritization, remediation tracking, reporting.
• Correlate exposures with threat intel and business context to drive remediation.
• Act as technical SME for international customers (UK, US, global); lead QBRs and risk reviews.
• Define SLAs, KPIs and dashboards for exposure reduction; drive automation in scanning and ticketing.
• Mentor SOC, GRC, and Infra teams; align with CISO strategy.
