Job summary

Takeda ICC India in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Salesforce Developer with 5–7 years of hands‑on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud configuration, customization, and system integrations. The role requires strong Apex, Lightning Components, and integration frameworks, with a solid grasp of Salesforce architecture and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.

• Experience with Git-based version control systems.
• Strong understanding of governor limits and performance optimization.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Experience working in pharma companies or with pharma clients.
• Experience building Commercial and Medical CRM in pharma.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Configure Salesforce with Custom Objects, Fields, Page Layouts, Validation Rules, Workflows, Process Builder, Flow.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Schedule Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce.
• Implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using middleware (MuleSoft).
• Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs, write unit tests with code coverage.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects and stakeholders to refine requirements.
• Follow DevOps best practices including CI/CD and version control.
