Job summary

ZENNY ENTERTAINMENT in Surat is seeking an events coordinator to handle client inquiries and phone calls, schedule meetings with prospects, visit venues, and prepare quotations. You will maintain CRM records and coordinate confirmed bookings with the operations team, ensuring smooth handoffs from inquiry to contract.

Preferred candidates will manage vendor and contract sourcing, negotiate with caterers, AV teams, decorators and venues, and build accurate event budgets.
