ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Management
- Ensure the work done as per the SOP
- Managing Team and their performance and development
- Hold authority to approve the IOM as per Companies requirement and policy
- Assisting the CRM-HOD in supervising and coordinating the work of other employees.
- Organizing and scheduling regular learning program for the team.
- Ensure smooth Inter-departmental co-ordination among the team members
Building and Maintaining Customer Relationship
- Developing strategies for the successful relationship management with the existing customers
- Handling customer complaints, providing them feasible solutions & building healthy relationships thereby achieving high customer satisfaction
- Interaction with customers through meetings, emails & calls to get repeated business and references. Give quality information about company's projects
Customer engagement activities such as organizing events post possession.
Project Management
- Achieving the collection target
- Expedite the Agreement Registration process
- Smooth handover process post receiving occupancy certificate
- Bank loan tie-ups . Co-ordination with banks for the disbursement of loan after execution of permission to mortgage and / or tripartite agreement etc.
- Maintaining of Customer Database, Inventory Status, Cancellations, Transfers, Monthly Collection, and Sales etc.
- Issuing letters to clients i.e. Demand, Allotment, Reminders, Final notice, Cancellation, possession etc.
- Handling Possession and Registration, Preparing & coordinating with clients for signing registry documents.
- Report submission (payment dues/received/cash flow/ outstanding) on daily and Monthly basis
- Assisting with budgeting and financial planning of the projects.
- Participating in the development and implementation of policies, procedures and goals for the organization.
- Registration of channel partners, expedite the CP agreement, release of CP brokerage in coordination with accounts, Maintaining records of CP bookings
- Inter-departmental co-ordination with Site, Legal, Sales/Marketing, Finance & Accounts, Projects for clearing the documents and accomplishing clients requirements.
QUALIFICATION Graduate/PGDM
SKILL
- Ability to create an enthusiastic work environment for getting the best productivity.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills as well as strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations (ORERA)
- Drafting and preparing Agreement format, legal documents, legal replies etc.
- Understand the company requirements and provide the best possible solution which is profitable for the company. Should also be comfortable working with clients as well as managing a team of employees.
- Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, presentation.
