Role Overview
We are seeking a meticulous, data-driven CRM Analyst to own CRM hygiene, funnel accuracy, reporting, and analytics for Sales, Pre-Sales, and Marketing. You will ensure the CRM (Zoho) is a single source of truth — enabling faster decision making, better lead-to-booking conversions, and disciplined CRM adoption across teams. This role partners closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Finance, and Product to translate data into actions.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Hygiene & Governance
- Maintain strict data quality across Leads, Contacts, Deals, Activities and custom modules.
- Enforce mandatory fields, naming conventions, stage timestamps and disposition standards.
- Run daily/weekly CRM audits and publish exception & remediation reports.
- Manage ownership mapping, duplicate resolution, and source attribution hygiene.
Funnel Tracking & Analytics
- Track end-to-end lead lifecycle (Lead → Contact → Meeting → Site Visit → Booking → Collection).
- Build and maintain daily/weekly/monthly funnel dashboards by team, individual, project and source.Monitor conversion ratios, lead aging, and pipeline health; surface root causes and suggested actions.
Reporting & Dashboards
- Own Zoho CRM / Zoho Analytics dashboards and automated leadership reports.
- Produce weekly insights packs (top levers, underperforming segments, campaign ROI).
- Validate data used for incentives, scorecards and leadership reviews.
Automation & Process
- Maintain scoring rules, assignment rules, workflows, blueprints and automation health.
- Conduct UAT for CRM changes; coordinate with CRM vendor/tech for fixes and enhancements.
- Document CRM SOPs, release notes, and training material.
Stakeholder Support & Training
- Support Sales & Marketing with campaign validation, lead routing logic, and attribution checks.
- Conduct CRM refresher trainings; create quick-reference guides and microlearning content.
- Track adoption metrics and elevate chronic non-compliance to leadership.
Continuous Improvement
- Recommend process changes to reduce lead leakage and ageing, and increase conversion velocity.
- Implement sampling and control checks to ensure data integrity for reporting and payouts.
Who You Are
- 2–4 years experience in CRM operations / sales operations / data analytics — preferably with Zoho CRM.
- Strong proficiency in Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics (or equivalent BI), and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
- Hands‑on with dashboarding, reporting, lead scoring and automation rules.
- Detail‑oriented, process‑first mindset with strong ownership and documentation discipline.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to translate data into clear actions.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, founder‑led environment and rolling up your sleeves.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Statistics, Commerce, Data Analytics, or similar.
- Prior experience in real estate, PropTech, FinTech, or sales operations is an advantage.
- Certifications in Zoho CRM, SQL, or BI tools are a plus.
Success Metrics (what success looks like in 90–180 days)
- CRM data accuracy ≥ 98% for mandatory fields.
- Daily funnel dashboards reliably published by 11:00 AM IST.
- Reduction in leads >5 days stagnant to <5% of active leads.
- Zero critical automation failures and documented UAT for CRM changes.
- Positive feedback from Sales & Marketing on data usability and insights.
