Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator to optimize Revenue Systems in a SaaS environment. This remote contract role focuses on ensuring data integrity, aligning CRM with billing and CPQ processes, and guiding governance across platforms.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years with Salesforce/HubSpot, experience leading CRM migrations, and strong data reconciliation and API skills, plus excellent English communication for cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator – Revenue Systems (SaaS)

Location: Remote

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You’ll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.
