Job summary

Credit Saison India is seeking a Credit Manager-LAP to assess loan applications, ensure due diligence, and sanction loans within policy guidelines. You will interact with customers and co-lending partners to monitor delinquencies and support the analytics-driven calibration of credit policies.

Collaborate closely with Business Development, Tech, Product and Operations to offer innovative LAP products. The role requires 4+ years in credit, strong communication, and a digital orientation, with

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in credit with good communication skills and digital orientation.
• Graduation or post-graduation in any field.
• Experience handling secured products (Small Ticket LAP) will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform credit appraisal of loan applications within the defined policy guidelines.
• Provide decisions or recommendations to higher authorities.
• Ensure due diligence in credit analysis, customer application screening, evaluation, underwriting and sanctioning of loans.
• Interact with customers and co-lending partners to monitor delinquencies and early warning triggers.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Tech, Product and Operations & support on offering innovative products.
• Work with data analytics to calibrate credit policies in real time.
• Deliver quality portfolio within defined TAT and support collections when required.
• Promote teamwork within the team and monitor a complete product portfolio across different products/partnerships.
• Monthly analysis of parameters like customer base, industry/segment profile, loan size and tenure.
• Keep close eye on market and economic developments relevant for business and share learnings within the team.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.

Job Description

• Performing assessment duties within the defined risk philosophy of the
• Credit appraisal of loan applications within the defined policy guidelines and

accordingly take decision or recommend for approval to higher authorities

• Ensuring due diligence in credit analysis, customer application screening,

evaluation, underwriting and sanctioning of loans

• Interact with customers and co-lending partners to regularly monitor

delinquencies and early warning triggers

• Work closely and collaborate with the teams of Business development,

Tech, Product and Operations & support on offering innovative products

• Working in sync with the data analytics team to proactively contribute

towards real time calibration of credit policies

• Delivering quality portfolio along within defined TAT and extending support

for collection activities whenever required

• Promoting the culture of team work within the team
• Monitoring and ownership of a complete product portfolio amongst different

products/partnerships we may work with. Monthly analysis of parameters

like

• customer base, industry/ segment profile , loan average ticket size and

tenure; if are within the decided norms

• Keep a close eye on market and economic developments relevant for our
