Responsibilities

• Monitor and track outstanding payments from clients and service partners.
• Ensure timely collection of dues by follow-up via calls, emails, and official correspondence.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly ageing reports of receivables.
• Coordinate with sales, technical teams, and client accounts to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and recommend credit limit revisions when required.
• Maintain updated records of invoices, receipts, credit notes, and payment follow-ups.
• Reconcile customer accounts and ledger entries with the finance team.
• Evaluate customer payment patterns and highlight high-risk accounts.
• Prepare credit reports and present monthly outstanding summaries to management weekly.
• Work with Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth cash flow.
• Address queries from internal teams and clients regarding billing or credit terms.
• Provide support during financial closing activities and cash flow planning.

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
