Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Junior Credit Analyst – Commercial Real Estate in Bengaluru.

You will evaluate creditworthiness, perform financial due diligence, monitor portfolios, and prepare detailed credit reports for senior management. Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years of CRE credit risk experience, strong financial modeling skills, and proficiency in MS Excel. Qualifications

• CA, MBA (Finance), CFA or equivalent qualification.
• 5–10 years in credit risk assessment, financial analysis, and loan structuring.
• Strong financial modeling and credit analysis capabilities.
• Excellent report-writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Credit Evaluation: conduct financial analysis, including cash flow assessments and risk profiling of CRE borrowers.
• Financial Due Diligence: review balance sheets, P&L statements, and creditworthiness of potential borrowers.
• Portfolio Monitoring: track loan performance, flag risks, and assist in credit monitoring processes.
• Industry & Market Analysis: stay updated on CRE market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments.
• Reporting & Documentation: prepare credit reports, risk assessments, and internal presentations for senior management review.
• Regulatory Compliance: ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines for credit underwriting.
• Stakeholder Coordination: work closely with business teams, credit committees, and external agencies for smooth credit evaluation.
