Qualifications

• Experience with CAQH System Integration and usage is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of payer enrollment processes and contracts is required.
• Excellent communication skills in English are essential.
• Familiarity with CME tracking and credential updates is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and coordinating provider information with Onsite team.
• Verifying CAQH information and credentials supplied by Onsite team.
• On-floor support to the team – Query resolution and training.
• Quality check, coaching and feedback to the junior team members.
• Prepare and submit all enrolment applications for commercial payers with supporting documentation.
• Managing queries and correspondences from payers.
• Follow-up with insurance companies to ensure timely processing of applications.
• Maintaining copies of licenses, DEA, malpractice insurance, and other required documents.
• Assisting on client calls by updating them on the provider’s credentialing status.
• Maintained and updated all practitioner databases.
• Efficiently credentialing of all providers in a timely manner.
