Job summary

Quantcast is seeking a Creative Designer to join its Creative Solutions team. You will ingest design briefs for templated and custom ad formats, iterate through revisions, and coordinate with senior leads to meet client expectations while maintaining industry standards.

You will collaborate with commercial teams to understand requests, stay organized under pressure, and deliver high-quality, accurate creative assets at a rapid pace. A portfolio of work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Arts, Multimedia, or Advertising Arts.
• 2+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, or design.
• 2+ years in a customer-facing or customer service role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong design production skills using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong motion design experience with Adobe Animate.
• Basic video editing with After Effects and Media Encoder.
• Basic knowledge of Google Web Designer, Dreamweaver, HTML5, and JS.
• Portfolio showing examples of design work.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the on-time and on-spec delivery of ad campaign design files.
• Consult with the internal sales team on which Quantcast design products best fit their customer needs.
• Work with the Creative Solutions team leads to ensure the quality of work meets client expectations and industry standards.
• Review designs for quality assurance and accuracy.

Creative Designer

At Quantcast, the Creative Solutions team is the client focused production resource leveraged for the development and design of advertising creative. Our designs help clients achieve their advertising goals while maintaining the highest level of accountability against industry standard best practices. As a creative designer, you will be responsible for ingesting and understanding design briefs for a multitude of templated and custom ad formats, working through feedback and revision rounds, seeking input and mentorship from senior leads, and assisting commercial teams with creative inquiries.

You understand complex workflow relationships and seek improvements to process through efficiency recommendations. You are able to take an undefined problem and work cross-functionally to identify a resolution. You execute requests with minimal errors. You learn the business context and format limitations that may impact campaign performance and delivery. You work effectively with commercial teams to clearly understand the request and identify any opportunities/problems arising from misalignment or misunderstanding. You provide accurate and clear status on your efforts to commercial teams and actively inform them of any changes.

What you'll do:

Who you are:

• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Arts, Multimedia, or Advertising Arts

• 2+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, or design

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or customer service role

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Strong knowledge of design production using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

• Strong motion design experience with Adobe Animate

• Basic video editing using Adobe After Effects and Media Encoder

• Basic knowledge of Google Web Designer, Dreamweaver, HTML5, and JS is a plus

• Ability to stay organized under pressure and deliver at a rapid pace

• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail and quality

• Portfolio showing examples of design work
