Job summary

Casagrand is seeking a creative designer to craft high-quality marketing materials for their projects. The role includes designing social media creatives, performance marketing content, and various branding materials while ensuring brand accuracy across outputs.

The ideal candidate must have strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and After Effects, with a keen eye for design and ability to work under tight deadlines. Opportunities for collaboration within a dynamic team are also part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality creatives for social media (static + carousel).
• Create performance marketing creatives for Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
• Work on campaign concepts and convert them into strong visual executions.
• Develop branding materials such as logos, brand guidelines, and visual identity systems.
• Design agency deliverables including pitch decks, client presentations, and proposal designs.
• Create print creatives like posters, flyers, brochures, and standee designs.
• Collaborate with content writers, strategists, and client servicing.
• Deliver multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Ensure design quality, consistency, and brand accuracy across all outputs.
• Adapt quickly to feedback and deliver revisions efficiently.
