Job summary

Talenttap Management Consultants is seeking a Vehicle CAE Project Leader - Crash to drive crashworthiness and occupant safety simulations for global vehicle programs. You will set simulation strategy, lead LS-DYNA/PAM-CRASH activities, and ensure compliance with Bharat NCAP, Global NCAP, Euro NCAP, FMVSS and ECE regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading crash CAE simulations for vehicle programs.

Role Summary:

The Vehicle CAE Project Leader - Crash will lead crashworthiness and occupant safety simulations for global vehicle development programs. The role is responsible for achieving vehicle safety targets, regulatory compliance, and NCAP performance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead vehicle crash and occupant safety CAE activities.
• Define crash simulation strategy for development programs.
• Perform full vehicle crash analyses using LS-DYNA and/or PAM-CRASH.
• Evaluate frontal, side, rear, pole, offset and rollover crash performance.
• Assess occupant protection and restraint system effectiveness.
• Support safety attribute development and optimization activities.
• Drive crash and restraint optimization to meet program targets.
• Ensure compliance with Bharat NCAP, Global NCAP, Euro NCAP, FMVSS and ECE regulations.
• Lead customer discussions and present technical recommendations.
• Manage project deliverables, timelines and resource planning.
• Mentor and guide CAE engineers and analysts.
