Job summary

Davies in Pune is seeking a Senior Associate - .NET to design, develop, and support software applications within an Agile Scrum team. You will work with C#, .NET Core, React, Azure, and microservices to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

You will collaborate with senior engineers, architects and product teams, participate in Agile ceremonies, write clean, testable code following SOLID, and contribute to ongoing engineering practice improvements across the Davies estate.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with C# and .NET in commercial projects.
• Hands-on with React and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and secure coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, and React.
• Develop APIs, microservices, and event-driven components.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following SOLID principles.
• Contribute to secure coding, performance optimisation, and system reliability.
• Collaborate with product owners, QA, architects, and senior developers to deliver features end-to-end.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives.
• Assist in maintenance and support of existing Davies applications.
• Contribute to technical design discussions and problem solving.

You will collaborate closely with senior engineers, architects, and product teams, participate actively in Agile ceremonies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering practices across the organisation. This role is ideal for someone with solid commercial experience who is ready to deepen their technical expertise, work across a growing technology estate, and play a meaningful role in delivering high‑quality digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, and JavaScript frameworks such as React.
