Job description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead or support Coupa implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Configure Coupa modules based on client needs and best practices.
  • Provide day-to-day support for Coupa users, resolving issues and ensuring system stability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Coupa with ERP systems (e.g., SAP ECC, S4HANA).
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage supplier enablement, catalog uploads, and user access configurations.
  • Monitor and optimize workflow approvals, compliance rules, and budget controls.
  • Create and maintain functional documentation, training materials, and user guides.
  • Stay updated on Coupa product releases and recommend enhancements or new features.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Coupa configuration and support.
  • Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Expense Management processes.
  • Experience with Coupa integrations using flat files, APIs, or middleware.
  • Familiarity with e-invoicing regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Coupa Certification (e.g., Coupa Platform, Procurement, or Invoicing).

  • Knowledge of reporting tools and data analytics within Coupa.
  • Exposure to change management and training delivery.
