Job summary

Neeraj Bhagat & Company seeks a confident and motivated female Study Abroad Counselor with excellent communication skills to guide students through international education opportunities. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant experience in study abroad consultancy and a solid understanding of admission, visa, and documentation processes.

The role is based in Delhi, Pitampura, with work from office arrangements, Monday to Saturday, and winter/summer timings as specified.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in study abroad consultancy.
• Good knowledge of destinations such as the UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and other international destinations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Pleasant personality, professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Good counselling, negotiation, and student-handling abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and work towards targets.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities and guide them in selecting suitable courses, universities, and countries.
• Provide accurate information about admission requirements, application procedures, visa processes, and documentation.
• Handle student inquiries and follow up with prospective students to convert leads into admissions.
• Assist students with university applications, documentation, and admission-related procedures.
• Maintain regular communication with students and parents throughout the admission process.
• Stay updated on international education policies, university requirements, and visa guidelines.
• Achieve assigned counselling and admission targets.
