Job summary

Zensar Technologies is seeking a seasoned insurance technology consultant to lead business consulting, solution definition, and pre-sales for Sapiens-led engagements. You will act as the primary functional SME across pursuit, pre-sales, implementation, and delivery, driving transformation and client advisory initiatives.

The role requires deep Sapiens product knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to engage CXO-level stakeholders, guiding architecture and roadmaps across complex insurance

• Solutioning & Proposal Support: Lead RFP/RFI responses and define target architecture.
• Functional Architecture: Design end-to-end insurance processes and data rules.
• Delivery Leadership: Guide functional streams and govern requirements.
• Practice Development: Build reusable accelerators and templates.

Job Description

Lead business consulting, solution definition, proposal development, and functional architecture for Sapiens-led engagements. Serve as the primary functional SME during pursuit, pre-sales, implementation, and delivery phases.

• 12–18 years in Insurance Technology and Core Insurance Platform implementations


• Minimum 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Sapiens products (CoreSuite, IDIT, TIA Enterprise, Reinsurance, Digital Solutions, etc.)


• Deep domain expertise in either:

  • Property & Casualty Insurance
  
  
  
  


• Experience leading large transformation programs and client advisory engagements

  • Understand client operating models, business processes, and transformation objectives.
  
  
  • Act as trusted advisor to business executives and underwriting, policy administration, claims, and operations leaders.
  
  
  • Support GTM initiatives, account planning, and Sapiens partnership growth.
